Authorization for Westside Regional Alliance of Councils (WRAC) position letter, calling for the resignation of Los Angeles City Councilmembers Kevin de Leon and Gil Cedillo (Council File 22-1189).
Background
At a duly-noticed special meeting on October 26, 2022, the WRAC Board voted unanimously to approve conditional authorization of a WRAC position letter calling for the resignation of Councilmembers de Leon and Cedillo, upon passage of motions calling for such resignation by the requisite majority (8) of WRAC member Councils, pursuant to Council File 22-1189.
Notes
As of 11/14/22, 9 member Councils had passed motions or resolutions calling for the resignation of CMs de Leon and Cedillo. Since the initial WRAC position letter sent, three additional councils have passed motions calling for the CMs to resign:

WLASNC (passed 11/30/22, per WLASNC Treasurer Jay Handal)
